MBA Admissions Fellowship

Overview

Admit-Zone is the premier business school and MBA consultancy in Singapore. We have now partnered with a recent Wharton MBA graduate to launch a pro-bono initiative aimed at non-profit professionals. We believe that talented non-profit professionals can benefit from going to business school in order to learn skills that will help them in their work, as well as to better execute on cross-sector collaborations with for-profit companies.

Benefits

Our pro-bono initiative prepares non-profit professionals to navigate the complex road to business school.  We will help you understand the MBA application and interview process and show you what it takes to be successful in business school and beyond. Admit-Zone, as well as our other volunteer MBA alumni, provides selected non-profit professionals with GMAT prep (only in Singapore), individual coaching and mentoring from B-School Alumni.

Eligibility Criteria

We will pick applicants based on their track record of professional excellence as well as their commitment to a non-profit career after business school. Currently we only accept applicants who are working in the non-profit industry, or who have a long record of having worked in the industry.

Process
  • Applicants should submit a copy of their most recent resume together with a cover letter as to why they should be considered for this initiative.
  • The Admit Zone will arrange a preliminary phone conversation to better understand your situation, timeline, and needs.
  • Upon receiving a positive response to proceed, the Applicant needs to submit a recommendation letter from their current supervisor outlining the work they’ve done in the non-profit industry. The recommendation letter should focus on the applicants’ professional work in the industry, as well as reaffirm the applicants’ commitment to returning to non-profit work full-time after business school.
  • The Admit Zone will assess the applicants overall package and respond within 2 weeks.
